Submission Process

IJQCAAI welcomes original research articles, reviews, and communications at the intersection of quantum computing and agentic AI. All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process.

1. Prepare your manuscript – Follow the formatting guidelines below.
2. Submit online – Use our online submission system.
3. Initial screening – Editorial team checks for scope and quality.
4. Peer review – Double-blind review by 2-3 experts.
5. Decision – Accept, minor revisions, major revisions, or reject.
6. Publication – Accepted articles are published online ahead of print.

Ethical Policies

IJQCAAI adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics. Authors must comply with the following:

• Originality: Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
• Authorship: All listed authors must have made significant intellectual contributions.
• Conflicts of Interest: Any financial or personal conflicts must be disclosed.
• Data Availability: Authors are encouraged to share data and code supporting their findings.
• Plagiarism: All submissions are checked for plagiarism using iThenticate.

Publication Fees

IJQCAAI is an open-access journal. Article processing charges (APCs) apply to accepted manuscripts.

• Regular article: $1,200 USD
• Review article: $1,500 USD
• Short communication: $800 USD
• Waivers: Fee waivers available for authors from developing countries.
